Hollywood Park Bathroom Remodel

Two weeks without a bathroom is a very different experience than six. For this homeowner in Sacramento’s Hollywood Park neighborhood, the difference was decided before demolition ever started: twelve selections, from the tub down to the robe hooks, were reviewed and approved ahead of time, ordered early, and on site for day one. The plan […]

Sacramento Enhanced Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen started with a referral — and a family connection. The homeowner’s sister, had designed a bathroom for the home and recommended Parrish Construction for the build. That bathroom went well enough that when it came time to address the kitchen, the same team was the only call. The existing galley kitchen had the […]

Davis Powder Bath Essential Remodel

Some rooms don’t need a gut renovation — they need a clear vision and the right selections. This powder bath in a Davis home had the telltale signs of an early-2000s builder finish: brown floor tile, beige walls, a basic pedestal sink, chrome fixtures, and a $20 mirror that tied it all together in the […]

Curtis Park Essential Bathroom Remodel

When a home has one bathroom — one — there’s no margin for it to fall short. For this Curtis Park family, that was the reality: a single bath in a 1,120 sq ft 1950s home, shared daily and expected to grow with them. With one child already in the picture and another potentially on […]

American River Dr Primary Suite Fireplace Remodel

A fireplace in a primary suite should feel intentional — a feature that anchors the room rather than blends into it. For this Sacramento home along American River Drive, the existing fireplace did neither. A small tile surround with paint-matched walls made it nearly invisible, more afterthought than focal point. To the left, a load-bearing […]

Land Park Essential Bathroom Remodel

Some homes have a presence that sets the bar for every room inside them. This 1940s Land Park residence is one of them — a neighborhood known for its architectural character and long-held pride of ownership. When the current owners reached out to us through a referral, the bathroom in question was a later addition […]

Carmichael Enhanced Kitchen Remodel

When the homeowners purchased this Carmichael home, the kitchen still reflected an earlier era of design. Tile countertops, golden oak cabinetry, popcorn ceilings, and a mix of wall textures left the space feeling dated and disconnected from the rest of the home. Decorative soffits above the cabinets and a peninsula-style layout also limited both circulation […]

Butte County Fireplace Facelift

Sometimes the right contractor makes all the difference. At this Butte Valley residence, the homeowner had originally hired someone to build a custom fireplace mantle. After more than a year of waiting with no progress, they were left with a stalled project and little confidence in the outcome. That’s when they were referred to us […]

Woodland Luxury Bathroom Remodel

What starts as a small repair often becomes an opportunity for transformation. When this Woodland homeowner discovered water damage behind their primary shower wall, the resulting emergency repair left a hole in their closet and missing flooring—but also the perfect reason to remodel. Unsure whether this would be their “forever” bathroom or an upgrade for […]

River College Square Essential Bathroom Remodel

Sometimes a remodel is about more than updating finishes—it’s about bringing vision and practicality together. For this project in the River College Square neighborhood, an industry acquaintance approached us after receiving an outrageous quote from another contractor that simply didn’t align with the home’s value or the neighborhood. She wanted to achieve a bold, slightly […]
